From AI-curious to AI-confident — one weekend in Hong Kong.
Two days in Hong Kong: learn which tools actually matter, how to use them without risking your company's data, and how to cut hours of weekly work down to minutes. You leave as the person your team asks about AI.

What Happens Each Day
Two days, structured but hands-on. You leave being able to use AI in your work and build tools your team actually needs.
After this weekend you'll be able to
How AI Actually Works
Not theory — a practical mental model. Why models hallucinate, how to prompt well, which tool to use for what. You'll understand it in a way you can explain to your team and your boss.
Your AI-Powered Workflow
Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI — live demos in real workflows. You pick one task from your actual job and rebuild it with AI. By end of day you'll have something to show colleagues.
Build Something Real
Cursor + v0 from scratch. No coding background needed. You describe what you want — a tool, a dashboard, an internal app — and we make it real together.
Demo Day
Ship it live. Every person demos what they built. You leave with a URL you can share — proof that you don't just know about AI, you can build with it.

You leave as the AI person
Not a certificate — a working tool you built, a workflow you transformed, and the confidence to keep going. Your team will notice on Monday.
Why I Built This
I'm Gasa — CTO of an AI startup in Hong Kong. For the past few years I've been helping teams at Science Park, Cyberport, and companies in the US and UK actually integrate AI into how they work. Not in theory — in practice, in real workflows, with real constraints.
The pattern I keep seeing: companies push AI top-down, nobody knows what to do with it, and one person figures it out first. That person becomes indispensable. They set the direction. They get called into the meetings that matter.
A researcher I worked with had no coding background. She became the AI person in her department. She built a tool for her PhD work that won a best paper award. I've seen the same shift happen with product managers, consultants, designers, and finance professionals — not because they were technical, but because they stopped waiting and just learned.
This weekend is for the person who wants to be first.

“I was really skeptical of AI and was trying to use tools that didn't really work well for me. After Gasa introduced me to Cursor I was able to build a custom platform for my research and eventually received a best paper award.”
After the Weekend
The first cohort is where something starts. Not just for you — for the community we're building.
As a first-cohort participant you help shape what LearnAI becomes. We're planning regular co-working sessions, tool demos, and events in Hong Kong as the community grows. You'll be part of that from day one.
Cohort Group Chat
Private group with everyone from the weekend — ask questions, share what you build, stay in the loop
30-Day Q&A Access
Direct access to Gasa for a month after the bootcamp — when you hit a wall, you have somewhere to go
The Actual Tool Stack
A living document of the tools we actually use — what to pay for, what to skip, what just changed. Updated as the landscape evolves.
Meet Your Instructor
Learn directly from someone who builds with AI every day — and has taught everyone from PhD researchers to finance professionals to do the same.

Founder & Instructor
BSc Computer Science, HKBU · HKSAR Government Scholar. Previously a software engineer at Lalamove, now building AI agents professionally at Pyramid AI — RAG pipelines, document processing, agentic architecture. Has also shipped his own AI products including profind.ai and firstresume.ai. Alongside that, he's spent years helping professionals, researchers, and teams at Science Park, Cyberport, and companies in the US and UK actually integrate AI into how they work. One researcher he taught used AI to win a best paper award.
